External wall insulation (EWI) system with silicone, silicate-silicone, mosaic and acrylic external render and renders for spray application from the AKORD line

The KABE THERM XPS EWI system is a system for insulating external walls of buildings based on extruded polystyrene. It is applied in single- and multi-family housing construction industry, public utility and industrial buildings, to the height of up to 25 m (for the buildings erected before 1 April 1995 to the height of eleventh story, inclusive) and in frame buildings. Due to its high resistance to water (capillary action or atmospheric precipitation) and mechanical damage, it is most often used for thermal modernization of buildings in the plinth or ground floor zone of buildings. The system can be used on walls made of fine masonry components (e.g., bricks, blocks, stone, etc.) or concrete (poured on site). The system can be used on new walls, as well as for renovation of the existing ones. It is also possible to use it on horizontal that are not exposed to atmospheric precipitation. The outer layer of the system can be made using acrylic renders PERMURO, PERMURO AKORD, mosaic renders MARMURIT COLORATO, MOZAIKER AKORD COLORATO, MOZAIKER DECOR, silicate-silicone SISI AVANT or silicone renders ARMASIL T, ARMASIL T AKORD and SILCO T AVANT available in a wide range of colours and textures. However, after wetting the ARMASIL T silicone render, the effect of repelling water molecules by the silicone resin is created on its surface. This effect effectively protects facades against rainfall and reduces the deposition of pollutants.

Colours:natural white and colours according to KABE and NCS colour charts or a sample provided (for ARMASIL T and ARMASIL T AKORD renders only in colours that can be obtained by using inorganic pigments); mozaic renders MARMURIT COLORATO, MOZAIKER AKORD COLORATO and MOZAIKER DECOR according to the color collection of a given render;
Textures:solid / scraped / mixed (for PERMURO render only) and the remaining renders have a full texture;
Grain size:1.5mm; 2.0mm; 2.5mm; 3.0 mm render PERMURO AKORD, SILCO T AVANT, SiSi AVANT thickness. grains 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm; ARMASIL T AKORD only Gr. grains 1.5 mm; MARMURIT COLORATO mosaic render, gr. grains 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm; mosaic render MOSAIKER AKORD COLORATO and MOZAIKER DECOR thick. grains 0.8 mm;
