A fast-reactive ultra-thin-layer powder coating for indoor use, based on polyester and epoxy resins. Due to the use of highly reactive resins, hardening is possible from the temperature of 140 ° C, giving the possibility of obtaining significant savings on heating costs and / or increasing the production capacity. Thanks to the revolutionary formula, it is possible to obtain ultra-thin coatings (depending on the colour +/- 25 μm) with excellent tightness and flow, comparable to liquid paint. It allows for significant cost reductions without sacrificing the quality and properties of the powder coating. Main advantages: – cost reduction by at least 30% – excellent flow – no edge build-up – no additional investment required. The product is manufactured to order in a full range of colours and gloss levels.
