A fast-reactive ultra-thin-film outdoor powder coating based on polyester resin. Due to the use of very reactive resin, hardening is possible from the temperature of 160 ° C, giving the possibility of obtaining significant savings on annealing costs and / or increasing the production possibilities. Thanks to the revolutionary formula, it is possible to obtain ultra-thin coatings (depending on the color +/- 25 μm) with excellent tightness and flow, comparable to liquid paint. It allows for significant cost reductions without sacrificing the quality and properties of the powder coating. Main advantages: – cost reduction of at least 30% – excellent flow – no edge build-up – no additional investment required. The product is manufactured to order in a full colour palette.
